Apostle Frank Maxwell is a preacher of God's Word. He is a teacher and writer with no compromise to heavenly conviction, deliverer of pure fresh mind of God. He has been in the ministry, edifying and equipping the Saints for more than two decades. He believes that Christ-fullness is not negotiable if our faith must make positive impact in our community and the world in general. He is married with three children and lives in Benin City, Nigeria.
